Implementation and Deployment of IT HW infrastructure, Servers, Networking, VMware. Proven track record in managing Rack & Stack, cabling , patch panel, connectivity and HW / SW commissioning, Job Description Monitor and analyze data centers, hardware, and server performance of the infrastructure, identify insufficient resources and perform capacity planning. Evaluate customer infrastructure designs to determine network, compute and storage hardware and software requirements for several in house and external projects. Design, configure, implement, and maintain the legacy, converged and HCI infrastructure solutions with different technology vendors like HPE, DellEMC, and VMware etc. Configure and troubleshoot the operations of data center virtualization including integrations with legacy Nexus environment, the ACI multi-pod fabric, including vSAN and ScaleIO SDS’s. Participate in data centers expansion and upgrade projects including the installation of hardware and software, as well new containments, rack cabinets in a TIER level 4 DC cold aisle solution. Responsible to work and operate a TIER Level 4 DC, ensuring all design and operational standards are met. Perform regular health checks, visual inspections and ensure all hardware installations are done as per standard. SPOC for all DC related queries and tasks, and act as go-to personal for DC projects. Execute the review and implementation plan of the long-term multi-cloud infrastructure solution with multi-vendor implementations. Troubleshoot the connectivity, performance or failover issues with multi-vendor infrastructure when needed. Collaborate with multiple vendors, partners and contractors during outages and resolve the hardware, data centers issues related to the software and hardware. Review and approve project design documents, work orders, project implementation plans, and ensure all installations inside the DC’s are done as per standard. Develop plans for hardware replacement, upgrade and maintenance and prepare project schedule. Develop written documents for installation of hardware and troubleshoot procedure for hardware and software issues. Provide after-hours infrastructure support for mission critical applications. Provide cross training to internal team members. Provide consultation to customer regarding the various available data center infrastructure solutions.
