Information Technology Support Specialist
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Support for organization’s LANs, WLANs, and Audio-Visual Infrastructure.
- Administer, test, and support Web Applications.
- Basic administration of Web Servers, Domain Controllers, UC Servers.
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot user Endpoints.
- Administration and coordination of Physical/Virtual events.
- Provide technical support to organization users/guests.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of LAN Networks, TCP/IP Protocols, Windows OS.
- Ability to work with Web Front End development technologies, e.g., HTML/CSS/JQ.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proficient in English.
- Understanding of PHP/.Net Core is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
