IT Operation Specialist

  Operation Specialist (Only for Saudi Nationality)

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting, installing, troubleshooting, and solving IT

system, Network, and Servers. Manage the day-to-day running business operation to

enhance the customer experience & ensure smooth & efficient service delivery.



Functional Responsibilities

  • Responsible about service desk by support end users for all IT services.
  • Responsible for IT warehouse.
  • Responsible about ITSM tool & Processes Owner (Change Management, Incident Management, Access Management, Problem Management, Release & Deployment CMDB, etc.).
  • Responsible entire organization active directory & Office 365.
  • Provide Support for all users in Headquarters and Remote offices in KSA.
  • Responsible for preparation and configuration of IT equipment’s such as computers, mobiles, iPads, printers, switches, routers, etc.
  • Troubleshoot of system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/network faults.
  • Configure and maintain infrastructure services such as Active directory, DNS, DHCP, NTP, FTP and SQL database.
  • Deployment of windows operating systems such as windows 10 and windows server 2008, 2012, 2016 across network devices.
  • Responsible for backup for files using Symantec Backup Exec and deployment of Anti-virus using McAfee Endpoint Protection.

Coordinate with IT Corporate team for any major issues.
