About the job

1. Deep understanding of the customer requirement, competitor’s technologies ,products and solutions. Advises on Product design, solutions requirements, Competitive Strategy, Lead the localization of product.

2. Provide advice and technical design to customers.Organizing technical conferences, trainings and events Explain Dahua with customers and partners technologies , products and solutions; engage in deep Technical discussion and highlights Dahua Technical advantages;

3. Execute product and solution demonstrations, and provide practical training and empower customers;

4. Provide support and assistance to the customer for technical issues and inquiry;

5. Produce technical documents or videos for guidance to improve quick technical support;

6. Provide support and assistance to the sales team and achieve the team Target;

7. Continuously develop skills and knowledge;


Job Requirement

1. Bachelor graduate with a technical educational background

2. Min.2 years recent relevant working experience in the CCTV/physical security/ELV field

3. Proficiency in Microsoft office software applications

4. Good intercultural communication and presentation skills

5. A good proficiency of the English and Arabic language is an absolute must
